Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received
- You must contact us first before sending any item back

Once your returned item is received and inspected, weβll notify you via email to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed
- A credit will be applied to your original method of payment
- Please allow a few business days for the transaction to appear on your account

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us and weβll guide you through the process.
π Return Shipping
Before returning any item, please email us so we can provide the correct return address.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount
For items valued over AUD $5,000, we strongly recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service
- Purchasing shipping insurance
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
